Adult Classes
Ever wonder why ballet-type exercise is such the trend right now?
It's because the rest of the world has just now figured out that ballet training is the best for working and training your muscles for their optimum use. There's a reason dancers tend to be fit and trim! Ballet is also an art form, so it's a creative and fun way to express your artistic side. Come take the REAL thing and join us for Adult Ballet Sessions this year.
Beginning students must take the Intro to Ballet for at least one session before enrolling in our Beginning Ballet classes.
Intermediate Adult Ballet students must have had classical ballet training in the past with no need for a refresher on all the basics and terminology. (We suggest the Beginning Class if you need a refresher before enrolling in Intermediate level or up).
ADULT CLASS SCHEDULE:
All Adult Classes are 1.5 hours per class.
Introduction to Ballet for Adults - Saturdays, 10:00-11:30am
Adult Beginning Ballet - Thursdays, 7:00-8:30pm
Adult Intermediate Ballet - Wednesdays, 7:00-8:30pm
Sign-up for Sessions. If you are a new School of Greensboro Ballet student, you will need to Register yourself into our system first. Then you can Register for sessions anytime your schedule allows.
6-week sessions:
January 6 - February 15
February 22 - March 29
April 5 - May 17
Cost: $150/session
