Donor Intermission Receptions

at The Nutcracker

Friday, December, 13 at 6:30pm  &  Saturday, December 14 at 6:30pm

in a festively decorated Renaissance Room (on the 2nd floor of the historic  Carolina Theatre)

These receptions are available to any 2024/2025 Season Donor attending one of the above performances. They are quiet place for our donors to enjoy their concessions and to shop our Nutcracker Boutique without the crowds that are normally present in the Carolina Theatre lobby during our intermissions.

Donors will need to "check-in" at the end of the Boutique table in the lobby, near the bottom of the steps leading upstairs for a special Donor bracelet.

Use these bracelets to use the Donor Only Concessions stand on the 2nd floor/Mezzanine lobby. Donors will still purchase their own concessions.

Once purchasing your concessions, make your way to the Renaissance Room for a peaceful and beautiful reception area with plenty of tables and seating choices where our donors can eat and relax.

There will also be a special Nutcracker Boutique in the reception area where our donors may peacefully shop, if so inclined.

NOTE: Donors do not have to purchase concessions or boutique items to use this reception area during the Intermission.
